Sharon's Transformation
I drove past the studio for probably 6 months before I got up the nerve to call and make an appointment. I finally came in and met with Camille, who told me it was possible to get in shape and feel better.
I had not exercised regularly in a long time and I had yo-yo dieted over the years. I didn't feel good about the way I looked and I was so out of shape that I felt out of breath doing anything physical. I was also tired of being one of the heaviest people in the room. I needed to make a change in my life.

Camille put together a program that I was able to follow and feel good about. She encouraged me all of the time.
At each weigh-in, I felt better about myself and more importantly, I felt healthier.

As the time progressed, Camille made sure that I pushed myself with each training--I was amazed at how much stronger I was getting--using heavier weights, doing more reps and taking shorter rests.
As I gained more confidence in my ability to work out, I added some small group classes and the friendships I made there motivated me even more.
I also added the competitions Camille offers throughout the year as they are fun and help the weight keep coming off.

As I continue to work out with Camille, I have learned some things:
1. No more dieting-just healthy lifestyle choices;
2. Working out is fun and makes me feel good; and
3. It's ok for me to make me my priority -- making time each day to work out is important and something I now do -- I would have never thought that a year ago.
