             Louisa's Transformation

Although I always exercised, I hit a wall back in the summer of 2014. My husband had rotator cuff surgery and I was so focused on caring for him that I had very little time for myself. 


I heard about Fit 2 The Core from my sister-in-law, Donna and decided to finally call. It was  January of 2015 right after a vacation to Florida. I felt terrible. I called Camille immediately after returning from vacation and made an appointment to start training. I also enrolled in the "New Year, New You" challenge.

Right away, I started eating healthy and exercising 3 times a week. Immediately I felt more energized! The weight and inches started to drop and I started to feel physically and emotionally better. 


I got involved in Boot Camp with Dawn and met so many nice women who were all very supportive and all had the same goals in mind. If laughing was an exercise and there were marks given, we would all receive an A+...unless you ask Dawn... She says, "less talking more working!" lol.

I found the "New Year, New You" program to be very rewarding... and who would've guessed that I would be the winner??!!  ;)


As the weight and inches kept coming off, I felt better every single day. I became more and more focused and the transformation in my body and mind kept me going.

When I started, 3 push-ups were not doable and I thought burpee was a bad word! Now, I did a Bold-r-dash (5K obstacle course) competition!!


Camille was also very motivating and pushed me past a point I previously could not reach. Even though the work outs and Boot Camp were hard, due to the encouragement of Camille and Dawn, I found myself actually looking forward to them.

I don't know how many times I can say that I feel like a million bucks, but I really do! I learned healthy eating habits and realized that bare-a$$ed vegetables taste good!!


I am so thankful that I made that call to Camille on that day in January. Not only have I improved my health and appearance, but I've made a lot of new friends!!
