Personal Training
Personal training in the form of team trainings (limit 15), small group (limit 6), semi-private (2-4) and private is our most comprehensive training program. It follows a metabolic and strength training schedule weekly while utilizing various exercise equipment. Weekly programs will be based on each client's ability, strengths, and weaknesses to ensure a safe and effective workout. Nutrition Coaching
Reaching and maintaining your fitness goals cannot be achieved without proper nutrition. The goal of this program is to educate and assist clients with strategies to overcome their diet struggles. Topics covered are: goal setting, weekly diet analysis, meal planning and education. Remember, nutrition is 80% of the fitness equation! |
