Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: Never regret a day in your life.  Good days give you happiness and the bad days give you experience.

Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: To improve my overall health and quality of life.

Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: My reflection

Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: I was unhappy with my appearance. As I was approaching 40, I noticed weight loss was no longer easy.  I’ve never been into working out and I started to notice I was more fatigued and was developing aches I’d never had before.  My first challenge was Drop-A-Jean-Size and not only did it improve my body and help me lose weight, the gym also became an escape for me.  It's time I take for myself that I had never taken before.

Q: How has Fit 2 the Core/NutritionWorks made a difference in your life?
A: It has taught me to make better choices in food not only for myself but for my family. It has taught me patience.  Hard work pays off in the long run and results don’t happen overnight.  I am proud of my accomplishment and for once in my life I can say I love the way I look!

Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: My greatest accomplishment is improving my self-esteem. My results so far have not only changed my appearance, it has also taught me that setting your mind to a goal can be achieved with hard work and commitment.

Q: What is your "word" of the year?
A: Commitment

Q: What made you decide you wanted to join Fit 2 the Core/NutritionWorks?
A: Fit 2 The Core/NutritionWorks became such a big part of my life. Not only did I become focused on a goal, I met a lot of wonderful women who were all encouraging and supportive to not only me but to each other.

Q: What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change and committing to their goals?
A: Taking the first step is the hardest!  Trying it out and setting goals is the key to changing your future. No one can force you to change, you have to be ready and want it hard enough to make it happen!
