Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: After my personal trainer retired, I became lazy, didn't exercise for months, and my eating habits were terrible. I gained weight, and I didn't like how I looked or felt. I knew I had to do something and joining a traditional gym wasn't an option for me because it would be too easy not to go- I needed accountability! I started researching personal trainers and ran across Fit 2 The Core/NutritionWorks. Immediately, it felt like a place where I could accomplish my goals! After talking to Camille, I decided to give the gym a try and I haven't looked back!

Q: How has Fit 2 the Core/NutritionWorks made a difference in your life?
A: I never thought I'd be someone who wakes up early and looks forward to working out, but thats now me! I've been consistently attending the gym 3 days a week and tracking my workouts. The benefits have truly been life changing! I feel great, my blood pressure is lower, my back pain is gone, my clothes fit again, and most importantly- I have the energy to keep up with my young nice!

Q: What's one thing that keeps you the most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: Everyone at the gym! I found a community of women who push each other to work harder and celebrate the wins- big or small! The trainers are amazing and continue to motivate me beyond what I even thought possible. I've also made great friends/workout partners who inspire me everyday!

Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: "You never fail until you stop trying" - Albert Einstein.
