Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals? A: My fitness goals are to become healthier and build a routine that keeps me active.
Q: How has Fit 2 the Core/NutritionWorks made a difference in your life? A: When I joined Fit 2 the Core in December 2021, I found it difficult because I had a sedentary lifestyle. However, I found out early on how motivating Camille and the team were! Camille instructed me to set small, attainable goals and stick with them. As I became more encouraged, I made small changes to my lifestyle like meal prepping, drinking more water and sticking to an exercise routine. Little by little, I started losing weight, inches, and getting stronger. Every time I step on the gym scale, I am proud of my accomplishments. I look forward to continuing my progress, mentally and physically.
