​Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: “The body achieves what the mind believes.”

Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: My personal health and fitness goals are to continue to eat healthy and exercise daily.

Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focus and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: Not a thing but a person- my daughter, Marissa.

Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: I just turned 50. I am a wife, mom of 2. I am a special education teacher in Providence for 27 years. I got started with Fit 2
the Core through Lynn Walsh. Lynn told me about the LBD, so I decided to give it a try.  She has been an amazing inspiration and support to me these past nine months.  Her guidance and constant check-in’s with me through this journey has kept me on the right track and held me accountable, which has contributed to my success.

Q: How was Fit2TheCore/NutritionWorks made a difference in your life?
A: Fit To The Core has made such a difference in my life.  The entire staff is truly AMAZING. This gym is like no other.  It is not only
just working out and a support system, it's a family.  I am so thankful for the people I have met along the way.

Q: What kind of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I wanted to lose 50 pounds before I turned 50.  I lost about 40 with F2TC but I reached my goal when I went for my Physical!! 52 pounds I was so happy.  I want to continue losing but most importantly I feel so much healthier and I have so much more energy.

Q: What is your "word of the year"?
A: Success

Q: What made you decide to want to join Fit2TheCore/NutritionWorks?
A: The entire staff!!  Trying to lose weight, become healthier and step out of your comfort zone is very difficult.  Walking into this gym was like no other.  Very uplifting and positive.  Lisa is amazing with her workouts. If you need a modification she will definitely have one for you :)

Q: What would you say to someone who is on the fence about making a change and committing to their goals?
A: You only get one body, take care of it!!
