Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals? A: Making daily workouts and eating healthier my new way of life.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals? A: I love the way I feel, I just feel so much better than I used to. I want to keep that going and I know that I have to work out and eat healthier to make that happen.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us? A: I heard about Fit to the Core through a friend’s post on Facebook and saw the success she was having there. I wasn’t feeling well. I was out of breath doing simple things and pictures were not flattering. Drop a Jean Size challenge was just about to start so I called and once I was there I knew it was the place I needed to be to reach my goals.
Q: How has Fit 2 The Core/NutritionWorks made a difference in your life? A: My success has been part self-motivation but I feel so much of my success is mainly due to the women who belong to the gym who are friendly/encouraging and enjoyable to work out with and the trainers who are knowledgeable, motivating, passionate and encouraging. Camille wants each member to succeed and is always there to help with nutritional advice and anything else you need. They are invested in each person. If you need to modify exercises it is no big deal and they help you in every way that they can.
Q: What is your word of the year? A: Patience
Q: What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change and committing to their goals? A: Make the call! Today is your tomorrow. It won’t be any easier to make the call tomorrow. Just do it! Take it one step at a time. You will feel better and stronger each day!
