Q. What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A. There is no substitute for hard work. Never give up. Never stop believing. Never stop fighting.

Q. What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A. Improve energy and improve strength.

Q. What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A. My personal health and my future kids.

Q. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A. Over the last couple of years I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, at that time I tried different medical treatments with little success (adding additional weight). On one of my many trials I decided to improve my nutrition and I noticed a little improvement but I needed guidance and that’s how I initially reached out to Camille. I was afraid at the beginning because I was out of shape and in pain but with the help of all the trainers and the inspirational women at the gym I knew I could do it . Now I really feel like I am part of the “gym family” and I am not afraid to challenge myself.

Q. How has Fit 2 the Core/NutritionWorks made a difference in your life?
A. It has taught me discipline and self-control. I learned so much more about my own body, now I know the positive/negative impact of my food decisions and I can bring that knowledge home to my family. I love going to the gym now!! They always challenge me and I love the punching bag!!!

Q. What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A. I don’t need to take any pain medications, I lost over 30 pounds, more than 30 inches, I improved my energy level and it has improved my patience (thanks to the punching bag!!)

Q. What is your "word" of the year?
A. Rise

Q. What made you decide you wanted to join Fit 2 the Core/NutritionWorks?
A. All the nutritional tools provided from the beginning to make food decisions easier, and the trainers. The trainers know your name from the first day and for every class they adjust the exercises based on your physical level. They remember your body so they know exactly what you are capable and what you need to do to go to the next level.

Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change and committing to their goals?
A. Everyone has different reasons on why they want to be healthier, focus on that goal and commit to it. It will be difficult at the beginning but with such a supportive environment from Fit 2 the Core/NutritionWorks you can do it. They have the tools and community for anyone looking to be healthier and stronger.
