Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: “Sometimes the Smallest Step in the right Direction ends up being the Biggest Step of your life”

Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: My health goals are to keep my weight at a healthy BMI, to maintain a healthy level blood sugar and keep all my health numbers in a healthy range.  MY fitness goals are to keep my body strong and flexible and maintain my high level of activity as I age.

Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: All the positive results I have gotten over the years that I have been with Fit 2 the Core really keep me motivated to continue to live a healthy lifestyle.  The successful results I have seen in my weight, how strong and healthy I feel and how much better my clothes look are just a few of the things that keep me motivated.

Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: I knew Camille from a previous gym I worked out at many years ago.  When my trainer decided to move her location, I didn’t want to travel the distance to her new place.  At that time, I was working out with 2 other friends, one of which worked out with Camille previously before she opened Fit 2 The Core and suggested we call her to see if we could come in and talk.  The 3 of us did that and we never looked back.  It’s been a very positive, fun, supportive and growing experience like no other I have had in any gym, and I’ve been to quite a few.  They treat you as an individual and they are there to support you in every way possible.

Q: How has Fit 2 The Core/ NutritionWorks made a difference in your life?
A: I can honestly say I am not only healthier and fitter then I have ever been in my adult life, but I now  have so much knowledge and information that enables me to make better choices especially when it comes to food.  The support system from everyone that works there to the other women I work out with is unprecedented.  They are there with you every step of the way and will not let you fail if you truly want to change your life.

Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: My blood sugar levels are the best they have been in years. All my health indicators are in a healthy range.  I can also keep up with women much younger than me in my exercise group!  I am a small person with not a lot of weight to lose but I have been at my lowest weight in years and I have also lost many inches as well.   It’s always been difficult for me to lose weight but with the nutrition guidance I have received it’s easy to maintain where I’m at and still enjoy delicious tasty food I never thought was possible.

Q: What is your “word” of the year?!
A: “Kind”  Being kind to others is something I truly live by but also being kind to yourself.  I’ve learned it’s progress, not perfection, and being unkind to yourself keeps you from your goals.

Q. What made you decide to want to join Fit 2 The Core/NutritionWorks?
A: After meeting with Camille initially and talking about the program and how it could help me reach my goals, I knew it was the right fit for me.  It addressed so many things I never thought a lot about that eventually became a big part of my progress and success.  Especially the nutrition piece.  I am eating foods I never would have tried and loving them!!

Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: You owe it to yourself!! Give it a try!  You won’t regret it!
