Mona's

NEW YEAR, NEW YOU CHALLENGE
2014

Before beginning the New Year, New You Challenge I wasn't happy with my weight.  I felt unhealthy and didn't feel good about myself.  I was exercising on my own 2-4 times  a week but nothing was changing.  My weight stayed the same.  I realized it had to be due to my diet.  When I heard about NutritionWorks' NEW YEAR, NEW YOU Challenge I decided to give it a try.  I was guided on proper nutrition and, efficient types of exercise that would enable me to lose the weight and body fat I wanted to lose.  I was not disappointed.  I began eating 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks a day, and was participating in small group training with 3 other women 2 times a week, doing cardio 2 days a week, and completing a small workout on my own or with a couple of other women.  My weight and body fat were dropping.  I began realizing the positive effects of healthy eating and proper exercise.  I now know food is not the enemy when eating  proper portion sizes. No more diets for me.  I have learned  how to make healthy choices I can live with for the rest of my life.   I love the new me and am amazed at how I look and feel!!!  Mona Britnell
