NutritionWorks is a personalized nutrition coaching program for individuals who are looking to optimize their health and fitness levels. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their short and long term goals through supportive individual and group coaching sessions. We will provide participants with a positive enthusiastic approach to weight management and fitness that is based on reality, not gimmicks. Our personalized method will include strategies and techniques to assist our clients in gaining control of their nutritional habits. This will increase their ability to reach and maintain a healthy weight and body composition for life rather than the usual “dieting” approach that creates only a temporary loss.

Camille Durante is a certified Nutrition Manager through Lifestyle Management Associates and AASDN. She has been a Personal Trainer through AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) since 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. |
