WELCOME to our 6-week New Year, New YOU Transformation Challenge!!
For the Next 6-weeks we will train, focus, and create a new lifestyle rituals! Here you will find everything you will need to start your first week off RIGHT!
You will also need to fill out the goal sheet and hand it in by Wednesday January 25th.
Don't forget that everyone needs to complete 30 minutes of cardio a week(make sure you schedule this workout, if you haven't already),and minimum of 2 trainings a week. Our nutritional meetings are every Saturday @ 9am.
